When will my order ship

Art prints and t-shirts are made to order and typically ship within 3-7 business days from date of order

Enamel pins, greeting cards, button badges, tote bags, notebooks and wrapping paper are ready to ship and typically ship within 1-3 business days

If you have ordered a mix of items, standard turnaround time is usually 3-5 days

T-shirts are printed by an external printing company and will ship separately to the rest of your order

For next day delivery you must order before 2.00pm GMT Mon-Wed (UK only)


How long will my order take to reach me

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 

UK orders can expect delivery within 1-3 days from date of shipping

EU orders can expect delivery within 3-5 days from date of shipping

Rest of World can expect delivery within 5-14 days from date of shipping


What are your shipping rates

Shipping rates vary depending on how many items you order

UK shipping starts from £2.00, EU, US & International from £4.50


Where are you located

London, UK. All items ship from the UK and local pick up is not available.

Customs fees

Import duties and customs fees are the buyers responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office what your local charges may be


Does the artwork come framed

None of the art prints are available framed - you are paying for the print only. You can usually find good quality frames at Ikea, Wilko, TK Maxx, Amazon or your local home furnishings store


What is your returns policy

All care and precautions are taken to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. In the event that items are damaged due to poor packaging on my part, returns are accepted up to 7 days after delivery. Refunds will only be processed once the damaged items are returned.

Please make sure you double check your delivery address - items returned back to me due to an incorrect address will be resent but you will be asked to pay again for shipping


I made a mistake on my order how do I rectify it

Don't worry these things happen! Any issues with your order (before shipping) can be easily resolved; please email info@dorcascreates.com quoting your order number and I will get back to you in 1-3 days


I sent you an email, when can I expect to receive a response

I aim to respond to all enquiries within 3-5 business days but please allow up to 7 business days for non order related enquiries. (Please note that this does not include weekends)


Wholesale

Yes! Send me a message via the contact page with information about yourself, your store and why you think my products would be a good fit. I aim to respond to all wholesale requests within 5 business days. Please note that my illustrations are not available to be used as logos and my other products are sold as is.
